Rule 138
Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure
(1) According to Article 119 of the Constitution, the Minister of Finance shall present the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure in the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament.
(2) The Minister of Finance shall tabulate a copy of the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure in the meeting held after the presentation of the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) The annual estimate of revenue and expenditure shall not be discussed on the day it is tabulated.
